Super energy-saving, three-phase amorphous distribution transformer core, Low core loss, low noise, Range: 30KVA ~ 2500KVA.
Iron-based amorphous distribution transformer cores are mainly used in a variety of power distribution transformers with usual frequency from 50Hz to 10 KHz; Working in high power switch inductor, amorphous core is able to work under frequency even 50 KHz. Among other metal alloy, amorphous has the highest saturate induction density and high permeability, low coercivity, low loss and low exciting current but with good temperature and aging stability.
Amorphous distribution transformer core adopts American G.E. manufacturing techniques. Firstly, the amorphous alloy will be piled up layer by layer and form mechanically according to the designed physical shape. The parameters have been calculated precisely, 10 layers pile up as a small group, and many groups will be made into a toroidal shape. Finally, it will be formed into a core shape. The fold thickness at core joints in each group is approximately 8mm to 10mm. Special core joints techniques ensure the performance of permeability advantages. The core joints are consolidated with exposy resin. After annealing, the mechanical stress will be effectively removed and the no-load loss and exciting power will lower down. All of these are the advantage characteristics of energy-saving in amorphous alloy.
